Why did Greg Bass become a Medicare specialist?

I started looking at insurance options related to Medicare a long time ago because my mother needed some advice.

I quickly found out that I could give her none.

The government books were extensive and confusing, while insurance companies naturally focused on their own products.

The insurance agents I spoke with handled Medicare only part-time during enrollment season, so they did not know enough to truly help.

That experience is why I made Medicare my year-round specialty: people deserve somebody who can explain the choices in plain English instead of adding to the mess.
